西畫比賽

1. Time limit:  Groups A/B/C – 1 hour 30 minutes; Group D – 1 hour. 

(Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. Contestants are not permitted to enter the room once the contest starts. All contestants please be ON TIME.)

2. Topic will be announced in the classroom. Proctor may provide comments and suggestions on the topic.

3. Bring your own stationary and any kind of pigments/paints. The paper will be provided by the organizing committee (approximate size: 11” x 14”).  Names of contestants should not be written nor signed on the paper.

4. Judging will be based mainly on overall appearance to determine the winners.

5. To break a tie, creativity, colors, theme, and composition will be part of the judging criteria.

Academic Contest Judging Criteria and Rules 學術比賽競賽規則

1. 比賽時間： A / B / C 組：一小時三十分鐘 ，D 組：一小時

(請參賽者提早十五分鐘到比賽場地，各組比賽開始後，則不再接受報到進場比賽，各組參賽者務必準時出賽)。

2. 命題繪畫。題目賽場宣佈，必要時，監考會加以解說。

3. 請自備繪畫材料，不限制顏料種類，紙張由大會提供（尺寸約為11”x 14”) ，畫紙不得簽名。

4. 評審以整體主觀，判決優勝次序。

5. 如果比賽同分需要再次評審，則以創意、色彩、主題、結構為決定標準。
